After booking you’ll receive a detail email about your booking and your tour from us.
If you need to make any changes to your booking – such as removing a participant, changing the tour date or time, or editing your contact information, please contact Anh Viet Tourist via phone, Live Chat, or email.
If you simply need to change your contact information, we’ll be able to take care of that for you ourselves right away!
Please note that some venues/local suppliers cannot accept cancellations or date/time changes for a booking that has already been confirmed. Any non-standard refund or cancellation policies from the tour operator are stated on the tour page.
Our website takes every precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website/email system, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/reservation form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL.
